A new online self-assessment tool developed under the FurnCIRCLE project is now available to help companies in the habitat sector measure and improve their circular maturity level. Developed by AMBIT – Living Spaces Cluster, FEDERLEGNOARREDO, EFIC - European Furniture Industries Confederation, and with technical assistance from Nutcreatives, the tool is free to use and is designed to support businesses in their transition toward more sustainable and circular models.

What does the tool offer?
FurnCIRCLE provides a clear, three-step methodology:
- Answer: Complete a questionnaire about the circular design strategies currently applied in your company.
- Assess: Obtain a detailed circular maturity index, both overall and by each stage of the product life cycle.
- Improve: Access tailored recommendations based on 30 circular design strategies and over 400 real-world best practices.
This tool is available in 12 languages and enables companies to diagnose their current position, plan effective improvements, and find inspiration in innovative solutions across the sector. It also helps anticipate growing environmental requirements in European markets and regulations.
